We want you to have an unforgettable time at Acorn Lodge. To ensure the safety of your group and to maintain our high standards of luxury for future guests, we politely ask that you observe a few simple house rules during your stay.
What We Ask of You
Our Core Requests:
Respect Our Neighbours: Although we overlook open fields, Acorn Lodge is situated in the quiet residential hamlet of Ashley Heath. We ask that you respect our neighbours’ peace, particularly regarding noise levels after 10:00 PM.
Fire Safety: Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, and portable firepits are strictly prohibited. Please only use the designated Concrete BBQ and Luxury Fire Table provided on the patio.
Occupancy Limits: The property accommodates a maximum of 14 guests overnight. While daytime visitors are allowed by prior agreement, overnight occupancy must not exceed the booking confirmation.
Wellness Facilities: Please do not use the Hot Tub or Sauna until you have read the safety guidance provided. Glassware is strictly prohibited in these areas—please use the plastic tumblers provided.
Dog Etiquette: If you have booked dogs (max 2), please ensure they remain downstairs and off the furniture (unless using the provided throws).
Child Supervision: We ask that children are supervised at all times, especially when using the Trampoline, Games Room, or exploring the garden boundaries.

Our Noise Policy
We love our location and we are committed to being good neighbours. While we want you to enjoy the outdoor space, sound carries easily across the open countryside. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask the following
The 10 PM Rule:
Outdoor Curfew: After 10:00 PM, please move all socialising indoors. There should be no music played outside or loud games on the patio after this time.
Windows & Doors: If you are continuing the celebration inside late at night, please keep windows and bi-fold doors closed to contain the sound.
Late Arrivals: If you are returning from a night out, please be mindful of volume levels as you enter the property.
We take our relationship with the local community seriously. In the unlikely event of noise complaints or a breach of this policy, we reserve the right to intervene, which could result in the termination of the stay without refund.
